What happens when two kindred spirits meet in person in the magical setting of Belize? For Shareen and Eva, a meeting at the Womans Retreat in Belize and a casual comment turned into a powerful creative partnership, one that has now flourished into Roads Revealed, a tarot deck unlike any other. Today, they’re celebrating a major milestone: the minor arcana paintings are nearly complete, marking a year of passion, hard work, and shared vision.
The spark for Roads Revealed was born out of Shareen’s long-held dream to create her own tarot deck. A devoted enthusiast of tarot and oracle cards, she had always imagined bringing her own vision to life. When she met Eva, an artist with a talent for translating ethereal concepts into vibrant artwork, it felt like fate had intervened. As Shareen herself puts it:
“Hello! Welcome to my dream! Or at least one of them. Definitely in the top 5 of my dreams coming true. I love oracle and tarot decks. The joy in birthing one of my own is beyond compare, and having Eva as my illustrator was serendipity I almost didn’t know how to accept.”
Shareen, who is also a wife, mother, business owner, psychic, and spiritual counsellor, brings authenticity and depth to Roads Revealed which reflects her multi-faceted life. Her vision is for this deck to not just serve as a tool for guidance but as an experience of self-discovery, encouraging users to dive into their own journeys with courage and curiosity. She sees each card as a mirror reflecting her personal path, blending her intuitive wisdom with universal archetypes.
Eva, meanwhile, has worked tirelessly to translate Shareen’s dream into visual form, bringing vibrant colour and symbolism to each card in the minor arcana. Every brushstroke is filled with intention, mirroring the transformative journey of their collaboration.
With the minor arcana paintings nearly done, Roads Revealed is well on its way to becoming a reality. And for those who connect with this deck, Shareen and Eva hope it will serve as a guide, opening new paths and deepening the journey towards self-discovery.
